The Grand Hotel York

The Grand was originally built in 1906 as a ‘Palace Of Business’ for one of the most powerful railway companies in Edwardian England. With no expense spared in the pursuit of luxury. In 2010 we had the pleasure of being apart of The Grand’s  restoration to return it to its splendour of its Edwardian heyday, a time when the railways were central to the life of the nation. Working closely with the client we designed the Grand Ball room, meeting and events suites, main bar, tea rooms, whiskey room, and main reception.
